Wednesday, and we are on our way to Epcot to the spend the day, but first we had breakfast at Chef Mickeys in the contemporary. As always it was wonderful.
Seems to be a favorite for my DS. But we only wanted to spend a couple of hours at the park, wanted some pool time, etc.
Went thru Epcot, pretty quickly, Saw JIYI, Figment is my DS's favorite. SE, Did TT twice, Wonders of Life, DS and DH went on Body Wars, then we went to The land, and rode the boat, nice ride, went to see TLK, and went into Inoventions, saw the house of the future, I want that bathtub! very cool. never had seen this before.
Off to the World showcase for la late lunch at the Nine Dragons. I have read some not so good reviews of this restaurant, but we thouroughly enjoyed it. Portions were huge, and the food was excellent, if you like fried rice, the nine dragons is wonderful, full of shrimp, chicken, pork, etc. My DH had Sweet and sour chicken and couldnt finish it, said it was very good.
Walked around, did the usual, Mexico boat ride, Malstrom is still very much fun, went to England and heard the Beatles' sound alike band ( I forgot thier name), The American Adventure makes me cry everytime.
We went back to the CBR for some quiet pool time, and grabbed a quick bite at the Grab & Go mart, Very relaxing evening.
