My husband is finishing up his Master's degree in Security, Safety, and Emergency Management and following his comprehensive exam, will sit for the ASP (Associate Safety Professional) and then the CSP (Certified Safety Professional). Unfortunately he can't sit for the comprehensive until November (he finishes his classes in two weeks and has a 3.94 GPA).
I'm just wondering if anyone here is in that field or works with anyone in that field. I've seen several job openings on Indeed around the country. We're hoping to stay here in Kentucky, but will move if the job is right.
I guess I'm just looking for tips, or personal experiences with these positions and with the ASP/CSP.
