I have bought A LOT of eggs, and there is just so much scrambled eggs, egg sandwiches, ... that we can eat. We are not a fan of egg type casseroles, and I had already made deviled eggs. Any other ideas, and recipes so that I can use up all these eggs?
 
Spaghetti carbonara

Poached eggs/soft boiled eggs

If you like baking, 'crack pie' uses a lot of eggs

Chocolate mousse (classic recipes use a lot of eggs)
 
If you think they might spoil before you are able to use them all, just freeze them for later use. Just break them into silicone muffin cups or ice cube trays, breaking the yolk with a toothpick. Freeze individually, for later use in baking.
