Eggs Benedict Question

There's a really good sounding eggs benedict on the Grand Floridian Cafe's breakfast menu; poached eggs on Danish bread, asparagus, lobster and citrus hollandaise sauce. Would it be possible to get it without the eggs? I'm not a big egg eater, but the rest of it sounds yummy.

Eggs Benedict with the eggs? No problem. Our vegetarian friend once ordered (at 50s Prime Time) a turkey sandwich without the turkey. After it was explained to our "Mom" about the no meat thing, our friend had five different vegetarian meals she could choose from. She got a veggie burger with everything the turkey sandwich had on it.
