I love eggnog. Publix own brand is the best. If you buy it, don't buy the green cap. That one is lowfat and it is yucky. My dad use to make the best homemade eggnog when I was a kid.

Thanks for reminding me about the Silk eggnog. I tried it last year and thought it was great. It must have been very popular because after we finished the first carton, it was nearly impossible to find another one. That section of the dairy case was empty every time I went to the store.

I bought Gingerbread graham crackers for my son and DH.

Just so I wouldn't feel left out, I splurged on the big box of chocolate covered cherries for myself.

Publix has their small bottles out, but TG Lee's 1/2 gallon was the only big one when I went shopping an hour ago. Happy day, they now use turmeric for color, not dye-so it came home with me! I need to send them a thank you email, woohoo!

I saw some today at Kroger and bought it. It's the Southern Comfort brand,
and I put about a shot of rum in it. I agree that with Egg Nog, a little bit goes a long way.
