baking purposes, did you ever see the powdered egg whites in the grocery store in the baking aisle? You can keep them in your pantry and just measure them out and add water when you need egg whites for recipes. I tried them for baking after seeing them on the Food Network and they were wonderfully easy, so I always keep a container of them (1 container= 57 egg whites, 5 year shelf life) - here's a link for more info on them:
