Egg Nog

DH loves it. It is too sweet for me, but I do sometimes use a bit in my coffee between Thanksgiving and New Years as a bit of a treat. I usually just have half and half in my coffee without any sweetener.

Yes!! The problem is, I'll buy it, and forget it's in the fridge for 3 weeks, haha.

I make an eggnog pound cake and eggnog ice cream, and I can only do it once a year., because they are so rich, and heavy with bourbon.

Eggnog French toast is also yummy, if you're looking to use up leftover eggnog. Publix sells an eggnog ice cream--I don't buy it, because I'm the only eggnog fan in the house, and I can't eat an entire half-gallon. Well, I COULD...but probably shouldn't!

I like it, however it’s a once a year treat for me. I only drink it on Christmas Eve (plain or spiked), sort of a family tradition.
