Does anyone have any tips for eating egg free at Disney? We have just discovered our DD has an egg allergy. Do you know if the birthday cakes can be ordered egg free as we are there to celebrate her birthday and were planning on organising one?

Check out the disabilities board. There is a lot of information about allergies. If you have any adrs note it on the reservation and remind the cm when you check in. The chef will come out and walk you through the menu/buffet. If you do counter service, ask to see the book of ingredients and a manager will help you with your order. Be warned it may take longer to get your food because they have to make it special. They also have a bakery (baby cakes I think) that you may be able to order a cake through.

Disney is great with food allergies just let them know what you need and they will try their best to accommodate you.

My sons both have egg allergies, and I would give you the exact same answer as deegack above. Disney is fantastic with allergies, Babycakes has egg-free cakes and other treats, and there is a wealth of info on the disABILITIES section of this forum.

There are going to be many egg free choices for your DD, everything from Dole whips to turkey legs to Mickey bars to kaki gori at Epcot. Talk to a chef at TS restaurants about safe choices, and read the allergy binder/talk to a manager at CS. With just the one "top 8" allergy, I think you're going to find it is very easily accommodated and she will have lots of egg-less choices. Good luck!
