We ate at CRT in 2011. My son has dairy, wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. They brought out Van's waffles (shaped like a Mickey head), bacon, sausage, and fruit. The chef came out and talked to me. At the time he mentioned a "safe" kitchen, since cross contamination was a concern of mine. For just eggs, I'm sure they'll have no problem accommodating and you'll probably have more options! It was a great experience for him. It was his first time eating in a restaurant (I was a nervous wreck). They were great with him and made sure he was safe. Have fun and enjoy!
