Educational Experiences

I am taking my 11 yo DD out of school for three days next month. I have to write a brief description of educational experiences available to her during the trip. We are doing all 4 parks at WDW, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. Any suggestions?

Hi Mimi, the two of you will have a wonderful time. There are many educational experiences to be had a WDW and seaworld. Start with seaworlds web site, they have a whole section devoted to learning about wildlife and conservation. Rafiki's planet watch in AK will give you a lot of material. Epcot has the world showcase where you can learn geography and languages. Or innovations where you could learn what the future holds.

I heard at the Polyanesian you can do the lady bug release. I believe they do that to decrease the use of pesticides. Maybe she can do that and write about it. I am not sure where to find the info though. Also the passport for Epcot and the kindercot stations in the countries at Epcot. My son will have to write a report too.

Learn about animals on the Kilamanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom.

Learn about 10 different countries at one time at the World Showcase at EPCOT.

Take the time to see the pre ride area at Test Track. Facts and figures on the automobile industry.

Ride Spaceship Earth and take notes, from Cro Magnon cave paintings, to the printing press, to the telegraph, then telephone, and now the internet.
