Editing Phone Photo's to add Disney Magic?

Wasn't sure where to ask this, so if it gets moved I totally understand. I'd like some suggestions on where to find Disney World photo frames and clip art, something along the lines of Memory Maker...does this exist?

Try Disney Photo Finish, and Disney Pix . They are in the iTunes App Store

Unless I am thinking of the wrong thing you can find photo frames and clip art in the Disney scrapbook items. Michael's and A C Moore also have a lot of Disney papers and books that can be scanned.
