We are off to the world next week and I have a couple of questions.
My sister had surgery on her leg and re-hab did not go so well. She can walk but long distances and long periods of walking hurt. Right now we are playing it by ear to see if she needs a wheel chair or ECV.
Couple of questions. We will be renting a mini van. Is there any way to get the ECV in and out of a regular car or do you need a specialty van?
We don't want to abuse GAC privileges but it may come down to using them or her having a horrible painful trip. Will a GAC get her, if needed onto lines without standing/walking so much. I've tried to read as much as possible but I'm still a bit confused.
Thanks
