I will be letting my DH use my ECV ( chair ) unless his busted up heel shows amazing improvement and will probably be renting an offsite scooter to use myself. Thanks to info from this forum I may cancel our Fantasmic package H&V ADR and try to get an ADR for 50's PT. My husband should be able to walk around any restaurant and I'll switch to the chair, if there's a place to park the scooter.
It was very easy to navigate the buffets at Breakfastasarus and Boma. At 1900 Park Fare for breakfast I've asked a family member to fetch the food because I've never been able to map out a good route ( always been on the far side of the restaurant ) that would not endanger life and limb of the characters or other patrons. Haven't been able to find pics of H&V inside. Is H&V easy to navigate? Would 50's PT be a better choice w/o the Fantasmic Package?
Thank you in advance for any recommendations and for this very informative thread.

Not a direct answer to the specific question, but when you show up to check in at the podium you can request that they seat you close to the buffet as youo have difficulty walking, especially when carrying food. It may add a few minutes to your wait but should help.

Thank you for your quick reply and suggestion. Don't know why I'd never thought of it. :confused3 Doh! Guess I've always been on high alert at 1900 trying to keep DD from launching herself at the Mad Hatter as soon as we get there. At 27 her obsession with the MH is a bit unseemly. Anyway, great suggestion! Can't wait until Sept., to actually see what the buffet looks like! :Pinkbounc :ccat: :Pinkbounc

We have not eaten there either, but another suggestion is that you might be able to get your server to help with carrying plates back to your table for you. We have never done that, but I have read that sometmes people were able to get that type of assistance.
