ECV's and Treehouse Villas

We will be staying at the Treehouse Villas with my mom who needs an ECV to get around the parks. If we rent one from an outside vendor, is there a place to plug it in underneath the deck of the Treehouse Villas?

We do not plan on getting an accessible unit as the lower heights on beds, counters, etc. are actually more difficult for my mom with her back and knee issues.

I remember someone posting once that they kept theirs under their Treehouse Villa, covered in plastic, but I am wondering about the electric outlet situation for recharging the battery? We will have a car so we have the option of storing it in the car overnight as well (as long as it is charged up of course).

There are also some ECVs where you can remove the batteries and bring them inside for charging, leaving the rest of the ECV out in your vehicle.
