How do ECVs work at parks where most people use the trams? I'm assuming my ECV won't go on the tram. We do have a handicap placard, so we'd be able to park in HA parking. But how far is that from the park? We'll be traveling with my 4yo and 6 yo DGDs, and don't want them to have to walk too far.

The disabled parking is usually very close you wouldn't need to get on a tram. We park and it's only ever been a short distance. I would think your DGDs would be fine with that distance. I would advice to get there early though. The disabled parking gets full up and the future back it gets and can also reach full capacity.

At MK it's a long haul, even from HC parking to the monorail/ferry ports. Try looking at google maps to see the distances.

I agree it is a haul from handicapped parking to ferry or monorail at MK lot plus it is slightly uphill and along a driveway on a sidewalk, no tram. I would want at least one other adult. if you are onsite I would look at buses for MK possible

if it is too fair have your DGC in a stroller if you bring them or you can drive your ECV and the rest can take the tram

OP said they had handicapped tag and there is no tram from handicapped parking at MK and it is a hike been there and down it

I would say it is best to drop off the person using the ECV and unload the ECV close to the roadway dip to the underpass that is used as a walkway and as the tram line to the monorail/ferry concourse (Transportation & Ticket Center). This is almost at the handicapped parking area. Then park and walk back to meet the person on the ECV.

This saves battery power on the ECV if you had to park way down at the far end of the handicapped rows.
