Has anyone watched Paint the Night from the ECV/wheelchair area? I have a few questions before my trip next week.

Where is it? How early do you need to arrive for the first parade? Can you see the fireworks from there? Any projections visible?

Thank you :)

There is an area in Times Square, on the sidewalk in the corner near where the parade enters/exits. The second area is by Pixie Hollow. The third is up on the path towards Small World. The areas are quite small and get very packed together. They seemed to be full by 6:30-7:00 pm. The only one you would be able to see projections from, without moving, may be Small World, but you can't really see the fireworks from there. You need to move into the street and up towards Small World to see both, and if you can turn around you can see Matterhorn. None of them are really great spots for fireworks viewing.

If you choose the Town Square spot, be aware that you will have to get off the sidewalk, into the street, and around the corner onto Main Street to see the fireworks and projections. And do so rather quickly.
