ECV seating at Candlelight Processional

If using ECV, is there seating towards the front of the venue or must you sit in the back or walk to more forward seats?

My Mom used the ECV seating at the CP last December. We had purchased a package and went up to the CP package line. A CM directed us to another line for people in wheelchairs and ECVs. About 5 minutes before the package line was opened, they allowed us to enter the seating area. We were able to park her ECV at the beginning of the second section of rows. So about 1/3 of the way back from the stage. We were still under the covered section. She stayed in her ECV for the entire show and I sat next to her on a bench. She could have sat next to me on the bench if she preferred. I believe there is a second row for guests with disabilities about 2/3 of the way back. I hope that helps?

If you can not transfer you can sit in one of two places. There is a set of Wheelchair/ECV parking spots behind the first set of seats. I can't remember exactly but I believe there are 10-12 wheelchair/ECV spots. Also there are more at the very top of the theater if you can not transfer. If you can transfer you are allowed to take your ECV as far as you can and then either a party member or CM will move it for you.

We will be a party of 8 this year. Anyone have experience with a larger group? I really want everyone to stay together. I can transfer but how do they know which one of the rented scooters is mine?

The company I rented from will have a name plaque on the scooter basket. I am also planning on attaching some thing as well (like a light stick chain, balloon, or similar to find it easier)

OH I wanted to add I'm assuming that Candlelight workes the same as the shows at American Gardens theater. I worked the concerts during Eat to the Beat for 2 years and we always offered people the chance to transfer. You most likely should be able to walk from the brick wall to where you want to sit as ECVs get parked on the brick wall.
