ECV Rental with Split Stay

Can I rent a scooter for a split stay? Is there a way to denote that I want it dropped off and picked up at different locations? THANKS!

You just need to let the rental vendor know in advance. I would call and talk to whatever company you are considering, and ask what their policy is on split stays, and how they want to handle it.
