ECV question

Is there a list I can find somewhere that tells which rides my dad can stay on his ecv until he gets to the ride vehicle? I know there are some lines that he can ride his ecv thru and some he will have to get in a wheelchair to go thru the line. He will be able to get into the ride vehicles without a problem he just cannot stand more than about 5-10 minutes because of a health issue. This will be his first trip to Disney and he is worried about being a burden to us with having to use an ECV. I have tried to tell him we will still have a great time. Just trying to gather all the information I can to make his trip easier.
