ECV on upper floors at All Stars Resorts?

Has anyone had any issues having an ECV on an upper floor at the All Star resorts? They all have elevators in the middle of the buildings to access upper floors. Unlike the moderates. Someone on the Resort board said that they weren't allowed on the elevators at ASMu. Absurd to me! We stayed at AKL and used the elevators no problem with an ECV. We have a trip planned in December and will be renting an ECV. We have a preferred room booked and don't need a handicapped room! I'm still debating on room requests. But if it's mandatory that we have a ground floor because will have an ECV, I'd like to know that in advance so I can put that in our request. I know ground floor would be easier with an ECV but would prefer a quiet upper room.

I have seen them on the top floor in fact when I was getting my things in there were 2 ECV outside the room and it was blocking my door to get in

On our 2014 trip, we stayed at ASMo. Our rooms were on the third floor in Fantasia 2000 and were both accessible because we had requested king beds. My SIL had an ECV and used it without issue on the elevator.

Our most recent trip (last week), we were also at ASMo, but my SIL wanted connecting rooms. They were on the first floor in Toy Story Building 10 and were 2 full beds instead of kings. She also had an ECV this time.

While I really loved the Fantasia 2000 room for the king bed, it was definitely easier for my SIL to get out of her 1st floor room on the ECV and much faster for all of us to get to the busses when compared to our previous trip.

We have never stayed at any of the All Stars, but we have stayed at Pop with an off-site rental ECV and it wasn't a problem. We liked the 3rd floor because it was quiet.

ECVs are allowed in the elevator and will be on all floors. HCA rooms at the values are located on all floors so they realize that those needing the HCA rooms more than likely are going to be on an ECV or in a WC.

I was in a handy cap room at sports and on the 3 floor so they are on all floors
