Can you take an ECV (from outside rental company) on the boat from FW or WL to MK? Is the boat able to carry the ECV?

A lot may depend on the water level and how crowded the boat is (where it sits in the water with relation to the dock), but generally the answer is yes.

As Cheshire Figment mentioned, it depends on the water levels.
If the water is higher than usual (like if it's been very rainy), the boat will sit higher in the water and will be too high for a wheelchair or ECV to roll right on. If the water is low (like from a long drought), the boat will be too low in relation to the dock.
The CMs have some ways to deal with it - one way is using a ramp. Another thing they can do is load the ECV before the other guests if they need it to be light and floating high in the water. Or, if they need it to be low, they might load the ECV after all the other guests are on. It usually works out, but if it doesn't, there will be an alternate way to get the MK.
