Correct. If bringing your own golf cart, there is an insurance requirement. My understanding is the off-site rental vendor provides that to the guest who in turn provides the proof to The Fort.

So if it can't be delivered to the fort, then how do people usually get it there?

I believe there is at least 1 vendor who meets the guest offsite at a nearby parking lot, guest takes the vendor’s truck to The Fort, drop off ECV, return the truck to the vendor.

I drove my ECV to the buses for the parks from the cabins at FW.
