Ecv...ok For Water Taxi???

I WAS WONDERING....DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY PROBLEMS WITH ECVS GETTING ON AND OFF OF THE WATER TAXI FROM PBH TO THE PARKS???? I KNOW THAT LAST SPRING AT DISNEYS WL WE COULDNT USE THE WATER TAXI AT MK DUE TO RISING WATER LEVELS. MY MOTHER WILL BE USING THE ECV AND WAS CURIOUS ABOUT THIS. WE ARE GOING JAN 17. DOES THAT LAKE RISE AT ALL?? THANKS!!!!

I was told that they do not have any problems at all (asked this same question). Also, even if you had too it would be very easy to ride the ECV directly to the park (I've done this from the Hard Rock) either way, you're covered.

We walked from (or rather "road" on the scooter) from Hard Rock to the parks - 10 min. walk with nice views.
Portofino is a little further. It might be as far as Royal Pacific which was a little longer walk (15 min. or so) - so we took the water taxi most of the time when we stayed there (didn't have the scooter that time) It is doable either way.
