ECV at Typhoon Lagoon

How hard is it to navigate Typhoon Laggon in an ECV? Is it all sand? Where would be the best place to make our family spot? We are thinking about going to a Disney’s H2O party this summer, but our party has a guest with a power wheelchair that does not like sand, at all.

When you say it doesn’t like sand at all, what do you mean? If it goes over a cement path that sand has blown on to, will it damage the wheelchair?

No, its fine with sand over a cement path. Beach like sand conditions are tough to navigate.

There are main paved paths. The beach area is all sand. We rented a beachcomber shack, and even that has a sand floor. Try watching some TL walkthrough videos on youtube. Those might be helpful.

I think the problem you may run in to is that most, if not all, of the seating is in sand. There are benches here and there but all of the “hang out and relax” areas are in the sand. Maybe there is a wheelchair accessible area I’m not aware of though.
