ECV Accesible Transportation from LAX??

Are either the SuperShuttle or Airport Bus accessible for an ECV to DLR??

We don't necessarily need full accesibility, just a way to transport the ECV.

Are there towncars similar to what's available in Orlando??

We have been to WDW many times, but are really itching to try Disneyland in about a year.
