We won an auction last monday night. payment was only cashiers check or money order, so tuesday dh picked one up and it was in the mail by wednesday. We have NEVER heard from the seller. I've tried e-mailing but no response. Its not that I expect the book to be here already, but she certainly should have the money. No feedback has been left for us so can't go that route.

She had over 200 feedbacks and all were positive, so I'm trying not to worry. It wasn't a huge amount of money either. I'm just getting frustrated.

What do you think? Ever experience this. We've maybe bought/sold a combo of 10 items with ebay and have always had quick and easy responses from sellers/buyers.

I'm in the same boat. Bought with the Buy It Now option, sent a money order, and haven't received one email from the seller.
Emailed to see if they received payment, no response. Its been 3 weeks now.

Today is thursday and you mailed it yesterday? or do you mean last week?

I can tell you that ebay says to give at least 10 days for disputes. I'd give it a little while.

mailed it a week and a day ago, not yesterday! LOL! I'm not ready to dispute, just surprised I haven't received any responses. That is what is setting me a bit on edge.

By 3 weeks I'd be nuts...good luck to you dizneenut!

They could be out of town or a emergency came up. I had something like that happen once and I had sent several emails and after almost two weeks I finally heard from the seller. He had been moving and had experienced some computer problems during the move. All ended well though.

Some sellers have atrocious communication skills and I would definitely state that in your feedback. Even if it is a positive feedback, you can say "Overall good transaction but poor communication" or something similar. Unfortunately, ebay doesn't give much space to make comments on feedback but I would definitely let others know in case someone else is wondering the same thing down the road.

If it was sent a week ago and it took 3 days to get to her...that would make arrival on a Saturday. The earliest she could have mailed it would have been Monday (chances are Saturday's mail got there after the PO closed) and the earliest it would have arrived to you (through Priority Mail) is today. I definitely wouldn't sweat it yet, but I agree that she should have better communication skills!

I give items 2 weeks to arrive before I write to complain. I also email from itraceyou.com so I KNOW for a fact that they received the email. They can't claim "I never got it" later on.
