If each lot of 10 pins have different pins, I would list them separate. You might get more $$ for each lot if people know what pins they are bidding on. I know personally if I am bidding on pins, I like to see what I will be getting and be willing to spend more if the lot has a pin I really want. Hope this helps!
FYI - You can't do a Dutch auction unless each lot is identical. You can't sell 15 different groups of 10 pins each in a Dutch auction. Each group would have to be a separate auction.
