Does anyone have a good program, spreadsheet, recommendation, etc. for keeping track of your items on e-bay. I have a whole lot of stuff I want to list--and quite honestly purchased some stuff at TDS yesterday during the sale that I will probably list for back to school, but I want to be organized about it and make sure I am keeping track of all of the information I need.

I did list one item last night just to get a feel for how to do it and what I need, etc. It took me almost an hour!! I'm sure that was because I kept second guessing myself! And, I think that I started the price too high. But I can't change it now and may have to relist it at a lower price later.

Anyway, what do all of you do to keep organized. Sounds like many of you are doing great with your e-bay sales. My in-laws are paying for the airfare and motel rooms. I would just like to make enough to pay for the extras, i.e., character meals, MVMCP and maybe the rental car.

Thanks!!

Do you have paypal? Paypal is an awesome way to keep track of your auctions won and sold..it does it for you.
What I used to do was just write in a tablet (or notepad on the puter if you want) what was sold, the price and shipping address... but like I said..paypal has it all there.

Have you just started selling..because it does take awhile when ya get going..but you'll get the hang of it. And..you can start the price lower if you want... on your page...before all the description.. is REVISE ITEM..you can change your starting price that way...as long as there are no bids and it doesnt end in 12 hrs :)

Hope I've helped... Disney seems to sell well on there....I know..I buy alot!!! LOL

Im trying to set up an auction to seel some of the kids old clothes. I dont see a place to enter what increments I want the bid to increase in. Where is it hidden?

Thanks I just did a search and saw the little chart. I appreciate your help. It seems like so much when you try your first time, lol.
If I have any other questions I will e-mail you.
As for Disney Im going in Oct and hitting my first MNSSHP and Oct cant get here quick enough for me, lol.
Thanks again!

I defined an Access database to keep track of my sales. I key it off of the auction number. I track the description, opening bid, final bid, shipping cost asked, final shipping cost, insurance cost, packaging cost, shipping date, address of winning bidder, winning bidder id and email id, ebay listing cost, ebay final cost, method of payment, Paypal fee, etc.

It works really well. If you have Office Professional Suite, you should have Access. It takes a bit to learn, but it really comes in handy. I use Access for many things.
