EBAY question

We listed tickets for a show the auction ended yesterday early morning and the show is on July 17th. The winning bid is from someone with NO feedback. We know that the winning bid was place just minutes before the end of the auction. So here is my question we have not received any payment or contact with the buyer. We sent a invoice yesterday and this morning sent email message with Ebay asking when we would get payment so we can get the tickets to them in time for the show. How long should we give the buyer time to pay? We would want to give a second chance offer to the another bidder or bidders or be able to list the tickets and still have mail time for them to get them in the mail.
So what do you all think is enough time for them to make payment

I think by rules unless you set up your auction for immediate payment, the purchaser has 3 days to contact you and 7 days to pay (you can't initiate a non-paying bidder claim until the 8th day). Did you specify different terms in your listing?
