Ebay problems

I recently had an item come to me stained and I asked for 10% back.

Well today is the last day for leaving feedback for the Mickey & Minnie cookie cutters so I left feedback that the item was defective and that it was hard to communicate with seller to resolve problem.

Now I get this message in my eBay inbox from the Mickey & Minnie cookie cutter seller

we are frustrated to see the negative feedback you left for us, we have refunded for you, and resend a new one for you as compensation.
while you lefe the negative feedback for us that we don't communicate well, is it?
pls recheck the emails we talked before
and pls update the feedback for us
otherwise we have to report you on ebay with other sellers
waiting for your reply

There is no way to change it even if I wanted, right? I only got the money refunded because I involved Paypal and they agreed with me. They offered to send out another set of cookie cutters (which have not arrived-will they? maybe). They did not want to resolve it I had to involve Paypal.

I wouldn't change a thing. Too bad so sad for them that they were a hassle to deal with. Call eBay and let them know they are harassing you about justified feedback and find a way to block them from contacting you.

Liars. They can't "report you on ebay". Because of sellers like these, no seller can leave negative FB for buyers any more. Even those buyers who deserve it ... like the one who bought $75 worth of Cubs tickets from me and then simply refused to pay because his plans changed. I could not leave that jerk a negative and this jerk can't leave you one either.

Don't do a thing. It was a well deserved negative and there's not a thing that seller can do to you.

If I open a case for the Stitch costume and eBay/Paypal say to return it, do I have to or can I keep it and just pay? I don't want to have to send it back as I know it will cost a good deal of money and I'd rather my niece enjoy it since she doesn't know what it was suppose to look like.

I've only had to returm a few things as a dispute. On all of them when I filled in the amount portion I always entered the full purchase amount including the shipping cost and indicated I was paying shipping to send it back.

Liars. They can't "report you on ebay". Because of sellers like these, no seller can leave negative FB for buyers any more. Actually sellers can report buyers, but leaving negative feedback isn't a valid reason for reporting buyers.
You can report buyers for:
Buyer made unreasonable demands

• Demanded a change to the shipping method or location
• Demanded a change to the payment method or timing
• Demanded a partial refund or discount
• Demanded additional items or services
• Requested that the transaction be completed off of eBay

Buyer abused a buyer protection program

• Misused the program to claim an item was not as described
• Misused the program to claim an item was not received

Buyer misused returns

• Did not return original item
• Returned a damaged or used item
• Did not follow other terms of your return policy

Other problems

• Buyer used foul or offensive language
• Requested false information on customs forms
• Your problem isn't listed here

I feel bad that they didn't arrive before I had to leave the feedback.
