I was just browsing eBay for 1-day tickets (will be visiting FL in Nov. and we might head up to WDW for a day). I saw some at a pretty good price, and on the back it says "complimentary" and "1 park/1day". There is an expiration of 11/30/05 (not a problem) and another date of 9/5/05 (maybe an issue date??).

Anyone familiar with these? Possible they are the type given out at these time-share presentations? I haven't been there since they started the new passes and biometric stuff, so I really just want to be sure of my ticket before I buy it!!

Thanks for any info anyone can offer.

Maybe its just me but I wouldnt buy tickets off of ebay at all. Just too many things that can go wrong.

I would not buy tickets from e bay. If you want a low price go to ticketmania.com. They are an official disney ticket dealer and will give Mousesavers memebers extra savings.

Pennywise pound foolish is what comes to mine. I would not take the chance and get burned on e bay.

I agree with other posters. I would never buy disney tickets on ebay. There is no way that you can find out if they are legitimate until you actually get to disney. Get tickets from ticketmania. I bought mine there and they were a lot cheaper than buying from disney directly.

Yes I've checked with Ticketmania but they don't sell just one-day tix. I bought some passes last year off eBay from a reputable seller with great feedback (from others who'd bought similar passes). I'm just not familiar with these one-day jobbies so maybe I guess it's best to forget it! :guilty:

...does anyone know of ANY where besides WDW that you can get a one-day/one park ticket ahead of time?? I can order them off the WDW web site but of course at full price. And hey, a penny saved is a penny earned!! :earboy2:

To my knowlege and I know I just read this somewhere, no one sells discounted one day tickets. Disney does not discount one day tickets. I had been looking but gave up and will put them on the CC tonight.

I think I'm about to do just that! At least I'll have them in hand and won't have to wait at the gate. :cool1:

www.disneymeetings.com

They list the tickets available for conventions there, which is where one day park hoppers used to come from. Now, it is a 2 day park hopper plus for $108 as the smallest denomination.

But you need to be attending a convention or travelling with someone who is in order to purchase one at that price.

But $50 spent on an already completely-used ANY number of days pass is, well, $50 down the drain.

Complimentary one day one park -- Could be a raincheck ticket or a cast member giveaway ticket or a timeshare prize ticket. Yes tickets of this kind exist, but you should not buy them on eBay or from any unofficial ticket source.

Are you sure you don't want to buy 7 day non-expiring passes for additional use in a future vacation?
