Ebay non-payment

I sold 2 items on ebay, and I have only ever sold about 1/2 doz. (not a big seller), anyway 2 of the 4 are no pays, no contact backs nothing.


How do I cancel/re-list what ever to not get charged these ebay fees.

I see 2 options,

1) second choice
and
2) relist
and
3) report a buyer.. which do I do.

Open a Non Paying Bidder report. Ebay will contact the bidder... if they don't pay within 3 days, you can do a 2nd chance offer to the next bidder or relist the item.
