My first "problem" since I started selling. A buyer purchased 4 bowls from me and 4 plates. The uaction stated INS RECCOMENDED I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE SHIP blah blah blah. Well just got an email saying 3 bowls were broken she wnats full refund. I emailed her back saying that she did not purchase insurance blah blah blah. Am I doing the right thing. I see she has some negs regarding other broken items and seems she doesn't recv alot of what she wins? So my problem is I am leaving weds for vacatgion and have no time to deal with this. Should I just accept Negative and move on?

I wouldn't refund her. It stated directly in your auction the optional insurance. If she wants to send you back the broken stuff (at her expense), you wil refund 3/8 of what she paid.
In the future, I would require insurance on all items that can break as easily as dishes can. Then they can file with delivery people.
I would also block her from future auctions.
