Maybe you can answer the question that I have. Thank you for sharing this photo. You are actually standing the the park / grassy area that is shown in the contest photo.

Is that grass area in Liberty Square? Or are you in Fantasyland?

I know the castle is in Fantasyland. I am asking specifically about that grass area that you are standing in.

She is standing on the walkway to Tomorrowland. It is actually taken before you get to the land itself.

I will be stumped on the other parks, but this one I know!
(20 more days to our trip!! )

I know you have been discussing the location of the castle on ebay
but i noticed that the castle has a ramp on the front.
please look at this link i found on the Tokyo castle, look at the picture that
has Walt and Mickey in the forground

and then i looked at the WDW Castle and it looks like there is not a ramp to the front, you have to go to each side to go up to the stage.

Ok people... not to throw gum in the works, but I was leaning towards Toyko this morning and Briar and I talked about it... You can see a japanese FLAG in the background... above and to the left of the Hidden mickey light....

I also made a highlighted picture

EDITED TO ADD>.>>>> here is the park map of MK and Disneyland toyko.. see the proxcimity of the surrounding buildings... toyko's are much closer than WDW....

OK, to debate this even further.... LOL! Looking at the Tokyo pictures, I do not see a pink rose garden anywhere near the Castle. The WDW castle has the beautiful rose garden all along the right of it (along the walkway to Tomorrowland). If you look at the ebay picture, you can see the rose garden along the right side of the castle. My signature pic below was taken in the rose garden at WDW. I really don't think Tokyo has the pink rose garden. I've never been, but I don't see it in any of the Tokyo pictures that have been posted....

After doing a search to compare the Tokyo and Walt Disney World castles, I noticed that the Tokyo castle does not have the small odd shaped tower to the back (it is on the right of the contest photograph just left of that talle tree and has a white flag at the top). Also, Tokyo has what appear to be two free standing round towers on either side at the front and those do not appear in the picture. I am still leaning to the Fantasyland Magic Kingdom choice.

I just got off the phone with Bug, and they are heading to MK later tonight (8-9ish WDW time)... she will take a picture of the picture and bring it with them to see if the buildings line up...

Then we will know 100% either way...

I still say it's Toyko!!!

OK, compare the ebay picture to the one I found below of the Tokyo castle.

Now look at all the trees to the right of the Tokyo castle where the pink rose garden *should be*. In looking at the ebay picture, there is only lone tree to the right, and the rest is the grassy area with the roses...

I don't know. I still think it's the MK castle. I cannot find anything that references a rose garden at the Tokyo park.

I might be mistaken, but doesn't the Tokyo Castle have more "forest" type trees surrounding it than the MK castle?

Now I'm confused after looking at Cat's picture the trees look different to me than the eBay picture's ones.

EDIT: Also where's the stage they had Cinderellabration on? I don't see it in the eBay picture.

Doesn't the red flag in the map above in Fantasyland to the right of the castle -- show up in the ebay photo of the castle? If this is the same red flag, then it's Tokyo, no? Matrixed, where are you? Haven't you been all over?

EDIT: NVM -- WDW castle has same red flag lol.
I still think I will stick with WDW for now lol.

I'm (almost LOL) totally sure that it isn't Tokyo, those inconnected towers, if you thought they weren't just closer because of the view, are more like pillars, and in the eBay picture they are way closer and more decorated...

MK Map

If you look at this map - there is a photo spot to the bottom right of the castle. If you imagine yourself standing right on the "photo spot" on the map - I believe you end up with the exact photo shown in contest.

Just my 2 cents....
