What do folks make of this? Seems like a heck of a deal, but I'm not sure what this pass is exactly.

I wonder why it says three theme parks and why Animal Kingdom is not listed.

It's a Florida Resident Seasonal Pass. It's good all year except for the blackout days listed (Christmastime, Spring Break, Summer). It looks like they are vouchers. You have to be a Florida Resident, they will ask for ID when you redeem the voucher. I'd be very careful.

I was told that these passes are old and that they are still good as there is no expiration. My one real question is that if the passes were originally for the three parks and AK was opened thereafter, can the passes be used at AK?

Be careful....

At one point Disney was not allowing these old tickets to be used at AKL. I have no idea what they are doing now. It sounds like they still are not allowing them to be used. You can upgrade, but that would negate the savings.
