I purchased some necklaces from Disney Deal/Auction part of ebay and did not receive them , instead received kids bracelets. Two weeks ago I sent them emails which they never answered , then called twice since last Tues and they finally answered that they don't have the necklaces and that I should send back the bracelets at my cost and then they will refund on my credit card. Is this usual? Thanks for any help.

No, this is not usual. Did you pay via Paypal? If so, I would ask them to Paypal you the return shipping amount immediately. OR file a fraud charge with Paypal. You can also file a mail fraud charge If they mailed the bracelets via US Mail(something I would seriously consider with such an unresponsive seller).

If you charged the amount to your charge card, you can do a chargeback to your credit card. Chargebacks cost the seller a minimum of $25.00 in addition to the disputed amount. I would let them know that you are going to file for a chargeback if they do not attend to this problem immediately. They should be able to authorize a UPS pickup at no chage to you to pick up the bracelts, at the very least.

Thank you so much for answering. I ordered these through the Disney part of ebay called Disney Deals and they do not accept PayPal so I paid with my Disney credit card. I am leary because comunicating with them has not been easy they I feel have ignored me, I emailed twice and called twice over the past 2 weeks. Then they sent this email telling me to send them back insured at my cost and then they would refund my money on the credit card. I did not send the wrong item... and feel they sound refund the money and postage (because I did not get what I ordered). I asked them to also send me a postage paid label and then I would mail the item they sent(Kids bracelets) back, but then was wondering if I was out of line doing that.

Just wanted to update. After I contacted Disney Deal and told them I would contact the credit card company they refunded the money for the necklaces. After some haggling they finally refunded some postage and I agreed to send back the bracelets as they instructed and be refunded later. Thank you for helping me do the right thing.
