eBay code not working!

HELP!
I received an eBay code for the dreams stuff. I entered it on VMK. Guess what? VMK says the code is not a real code! I entered it many times, just in case I typed it wrong...still didn't work!
If anyone can help, please do!

maybe you have to wait a while check for dream items I got my message a minute after code usage

hmm. still not working, the message from VMK:

"The code you just entered doesn't match any of our secret codes - please check it and try again."

AHH!

EBAY WHY DIDN'T YOU SEND ME A REAL CODE?

Try logging off then back on again. Sometimes that helps. If not, check again tomorrow and make sure the item isn't in your inventory. I know with the Kellogg's Buried in Treasure magic I entered the code several times and it never worked, and months later I was clearing out my inventory and noticed the Buried in Treasure magic pin. Sometimes mistakes happen, staff knows you should have an item, and they give it to you later.

I know this could be a big joke but there is a place on the contact us form on the VMK page for problems with codes. Has anyone submitted their problems to them?

Ok when I got my first bad E bay code I let it go, but now I got another one. I looked all over e bay and don't see how to contact them can someone help please

Ebay cant help you with a bad code . VMK supplies the codes to eBay. You have to use the contact us link at the bottom of teh VMK homepage

Did you enter the code straight from your Ebay email or did you write it down and then enter it? Probably not what happened to you, but just a thought. I've written down codes where I thought my "U" was a "Y" or confused a "4" with a "Y" or "Z" with a "2".
