I was hoping for some guidance from the Ebayers on this forum. I had signed up for a sellers account on ebay during the summer with the intention of listing some items. I never listed anything and now I am getting emails that I am 15.00 behind in fees. I have emailed ebay but have not heard back from them. I don't understand why I would have to pay if I never listed anything! Thanks for your help!

Have you checked your account to see what the fees are for???

If you go to My Ebay, then to My Account, you should see place where it lists Account activity. You can view everything from here!

That is pretty scary!!! Keep us posted!

Thanks for replying so quickly Dagny. I just checked my account. I had created it in june of 2004, checked each statement by month from june on and my account showed -1.00 then in October it shows fees for 15.00, but it doesn't say what they are for--that's why I'm so confused. Now my account is on hold for non-payment. Is there a customer service phone number that anyone knows about?

Email them again and again.

Don't waste money on long distance, you'll be up to 15.00 in no time.

Did you check your account via the email you received? Go to ebay.com and check it. It sounds like a spam email - be careful!

I checked my account again this time I found that the fee occurred Sept 29th and it was a direct pay return item fee. I have no idea what that is.
I have bought 2 items, a disney print paid with credit card and a disney pin paid with check, both went thru and the check guy left me positive feedback but the credit card guy never left anything. Could this have something to do with that?
