Ebay and THanksgiving weekend/which day to end auctions?

Sorry I didn't post this on the "official" ebay thread, but I didn't want it to get lost!

I spent many hours yesterday weeding out closets and attics and dusting and taking photos, etc to get ready for a big listing week. Then it dawns on me this morning that if I list Sunday night for the auctions to end NEXT Sunday night, that will be the end of the Thanksgiving weekend. So my question is....

Would I be better off ending my Auctions on Thursday night (Thanksgiving eve), Sunday night (the usual "good" night), or waiting all together and listing them to end the following Sunday (non-holiday weekend)?

Historically, how have you all done selling over the TG weekend?

Yes, I did scour the old ebay thread for last years information... seems some people thought Thursday would be better than Sunday, but I saw no concensus of opinion. What do you all think?...................P

Nothings changed LOL. I think thee are a lot of people out thee that will be ready to relax in front of the computer, and for sure they'll now be thinking just of Christmas. I'd have them end on Sunday, but it really depends..if someone gets on quick just to unwind..and you have what they want, it will get bids on any of the days.

Well, I am no help. I asked this question too and then decided to quick get my auctions ready and listed them last Tues to end on Sunday this week. However, I am posting to ask if you DO list them for ending on Tgiving weekend, would you post and let us know how the auctions went?

I just remembered I have a Santa Bear that I need to list. Hmmmm, when it put it on there?

I decided to have mine end Sunday, but to have BIN on most items for buyers who want to get some purchses completed......
