I apparently set up an ebates account using my new email and don't remember doing it. My credits are on my old email account. I've asked them to cancel the new email one so that I can updated the email address for my old account and they said they did it, but didn't. I don't want to lose the credits from my old email account but can't update the email because it says it's being used. Any idea what to do? I want to order tickets from Undercover Tourist but believe in order to get credit, the emails need to match. Is that correct? This is driving me crazy. They have said twice they deleted the new email account but it still says it's active and I can't update my email. Is there a way I can call them????
