Ebates Check Help

As a former banker, I feel really stupid letting this happen but...

I got an Ebates check in the mail a while back. I stuck the envelope with my vacation stash of gift cards, other checks and extra cash. I took the check by the bank the other day because I knew it was coming up on six months. I didn't want the check to reach the "stale date" point. The teller can't deposit it because, unbeknownst to me since I had never taken the check out of the envelope, the check has "void after 90 days" printed on it.

So the big question is will Ebates reissue the check for me or am I just out the money?

Has anyone else dealt with this? How do I get the check reissued?

Despite the fact that I think in general it has gone downhill since it's sale last fall (and I am looking to switch rebate sites), I just used their customer service e-mail the other day and got a response very quickly.

Since this is something that has to come directly from them, guess what, I recommend, asking Ebates.

Yes they will! I had 2 expire and both were reissued. I have found them very easy to work with

Now my $$ goes directly into my paypal account
