Eating with scooby doo

On the website I see pictures of people eating with scooby. I wasn't planning on any character dining this trip since my boys have out grown the mickey mouse club, but they LOVE scooby doo. Does anybody know which restaurants feature scooby and do you need to make reservations months ahead of time. Thanks(by the way we are staying at HRH).

Scooby and Shaggy were also at the Kitchen at HRH one night when we were there. (Sorry, I can't remember which night.They had character meals 2 x a week and the Simpsons were there on the other night.) We were there in August and same day reservations were fine. Don't know if you need to make them ahead of time during really busy seasons such as Christmas.

Just an FYI, you can also meet Scooby and Shaggy at Universal Studios if the character meal doesn't work out for you.
