Eating Outside WDW

We are staying in a vacation home because there are six in our family and Disney only allows 5 per room (except the costly Wilderness Lodge). Has anyone compiled a list of reasonable places for families to eat outside WDW?

Wow... there are sooo many places to eat down there!
Ci Ci's Pizza is cheap and really good.
The Golden Corral is awesome. All you can eat buffet. Good one at that! Reasonably priced. Both places arent too far from WDW.
Chilis is nice.
If I think of more I will post. I just remember being excited that there was such a variety of food down there compared to up here. I think you could eat somewhere different in Orlando every night of the week for a year lol.

We went to the Pondarosa a buffet on I Drive in 1999. We liked it enough for dinner we went for breakfast before heading over to WDW and checking in. Not sure but I think there was another one by Universal.

We broke our trip into two parts Universal and WDW. I remember the breakfast better than the dinner. There were lots of things to eat and even a dessert bar for breakfast. They opened early in the morning (6am) and we and a bunch of construction workers were waiting. Can't remember the price for either but I'm sure the breakfast was under $10 each.

There are tons of places. A few we like are TGIFridays, Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill..there's a Krispy Kreme beside the one we go to. We have also done a steak place sorry I can't remember the name but the night we went was 1/2 price for kids.

Depends on where you are staying for a list of nearby restaurants. The majority of vacation homes are situated near the tourist areas and are packed full with every sit down, fast food place imaginable.

this months parents magazine listed the top restaurants with kids and there is a place called sweet tomatoes, it is a salad soup pasta buffet . i have never been but plan to try it this trip, it is under $10 a person and there are often coupons i read.
