Has anyone done this? Is there a place I can get the nutrional info for foods at CS or TS places.

Am I able to order sandwiches w/o bread?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Have never seen anyone do this , but you can certainly take the bread off and eat the lunchmeat! :confused3

Not sure where to get nutritional info but I think it is totally do-able :thumbsup2

Just keep your food choices around the meat and veggie options which there are plenty of. I'm going in June and plan to be low-carbing it.

Are you doing the Dining plan? That would be a problem for me because who could resist the wonderful desserts with you meals, lol. I plan on doing the Tables in Wonderland so I will just a'la cart myself the best fit options. Don't get me wrong..... I'm sure I will taste some desserts but instead of us having 5 desserts at the table from the dining plan we will order 1 or 2 for all 5 of us to taste :thumbsup2

Best of luck to you and enjoy :goodvibes

I was able to get burgers w/o buns last year - they didn't even blink. And even though I went ahead and ate the bread at CHH on the tuna sandwich, someone in line behind me ordered it w/o bread and they gave it to her on a lettuce leaf so she could use it as a wrap.

HTH :)

Editing to Add: Though I am diabetic Type II, I couldn't get nutritional information at any of the QS restaurants. When I asked, all they could give me was an ingredient list for certain items. From what I gather, nutritional info is hard to come by in the 'World.

Being so good since the holidays, that I'm a little worried eating out.

Not doing Dining Plan, but do have one TS at Prime time. The pot roast should be fine. Eat around the potato!

I just never realized how many dishes have sugar till I started researching it.

Thanks

We follow a diet of mainly fish/poultry/veggies so I know it can be a little daunting but we've found it a lot easier and less time consuming to do our homework before we go. For quick/counter service venues choose places that include wraps or salads on the menu. They can be easy to overlook with all the burgers but they're out there. I also like places I can just grab and go fruit. The table service venues aren't as hard. My best advice is to use sites like allears.net to do your homework and have a basic idea of places that meet your needs.
