Eating late in MK: Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree

I'll be eating in MK after arriving on a Sunday with evening EMH or after MSEP on the Thursday when I'm there. (The other meal will be at the Coral Reef, btw.) I have the option of eating at the Crystal Palace or the Liberty Tree Tavern. It would be very close to the closing time at both--8:00 PM. I'd love to meet the 100 Acre Wood gang at CP, but I'm worried about eating at a buffet just before closing. On the other hand, I rarely say no turkey and such either.

Also, would it be better time-wise to eat at MK when I get there and stay for the EMH, or eat in Epcot an monorail over for them? Kind of the same situation, I love the monorail, but I hate to miss out on the EMH on my first night there.

We really enjoyed Liberty Tree. And since it's family style, the service is pretty quick. It's nothing gourmet, but still tasty. Much more relaxing than Crystal Palace. After a long day in the park, it was nice to be served instead of walking around a large buffet. Good luck!

We always eat well before EMH starts so as not to waste the extra hours in a restaurant. Hope this helps!
