Eating in Costume on MNSSHP Night

Will we feel out-of-place doing this??

I have this terrible vision of us being the only adults in costume having dinner at the LTT. Or worse, walking from the front entrance of the MK to the LTT when we are the only ones around dressed up!!

Do tell . . . . if you are in costume, do you feel conspicuous entering the MK for a PS prior to the start of MNSSHP??

We will be in costume. There is no way I am going eat then go back to the hotel to change. I have a feeling that alot of people will be dressed up. Also, I believe the characters will be dressed for halloween also.

You won't be out of place whatsoever. There were many of us dressed for the occasion at the LTT last Halloween before the party. Have fun.

Two years ago, my grandson was Buzz Lightyear, my granddaughter was Miss Bo Peep, and we three adults dressed as Bo Peep's sheep. You should have seen us walking through the lobby of the Boardwalk with cotton balls glued all over our bodies. We had so much fun with it, though. Everyone was in a holiday mood, and we were even chosen to "open" the Liberty Tree Tavern. What a magical night! You're going to have a blast!

We wore our costumes to MK and ate at LTT. Only problem we encountered is how HOT my DH was in his Beast Costume!!!!!!! My DD's as Ariel and Belle didn't complain though.

Even before we left MK in the afternoon to go get ready we already were seeing people in costumes with wristbands!!

But, you might feel a little strange leaving your resort in costume

We stayed at AKL last Halloween and got many a stare as we walked out. I didn't see anyone else in costume as we took the ferry over to the MK either, so I was getting very apprehensive. But, as soon as we got to the MK, we saw people in costumes everywhere!

Dress up and have fun!

Thanks guys . . . I feel better now.

I guess the worst of it will be driving to the TTC; we're staying off-site so I guess we'll have strange looks from fellow drivers out on Irlo Bronson Hwy!!

If any of you happen to spot a group of five Wizard-of-Oz characters, please say Hi!! You'll be able to recognize us; our daughter thought it would be really cute to carry a lizard in her basket instead of Toto (she's Dorothy) . . ya know, the Lizard of Oz ????
