Eating Breakfast at a Moderate Resort Food Court

We are thinking about staying at a moderate resort next year and just wanted to see how the food courts are in dealing with food allergies at breakfast. The TS restaurants have been great that we have been to both at resorts and parks the last few trips but we have not stayed at a mod for a while since before the allergies developed so just wanted to check and see what experiences people have had especially at POR. Thanks!

Almost all restaurants QS or TS are really good at allergies. At QS they typically will tell you what is safe depending on the allergy. I would call Disney Dining a head of arrival and see if the cast member can help you up front with what is on the menu vs. what the allergy is. They sometimes know in advance if they can help replace or have you pick something on the menu that will not interfere with any kind of sensitivity/allergy one may have.
