It is my neices birthday a week after our visit but we were hoping to take her to cafe Mickey one evening to eat and order her a cake.

Would you reccommend booking it all beforehand or should we be able to book on the Friday night for the Saturday? Most importantly, is it worth the extra 22euro for a cake?

Another worry that I am having is the availability of high chairs. we have 3 infants in our party, all needing highchairs. Are they readily available everywhere or is it like the U.K where most restaurants tend to only have one or two?

I am also considering (gah can't remember the name now!) the tea party thingy. Or do you think one character dining will be enough?

I think thats all my food related questions for now!

Thanks in advance for your help.:goodvibes

I'd definitely book in advance...very easy to do and it will make you feel calmer.....

Well it does me anyway. :-)

I've read such lovely stories about the birthdays at Cafe Mickey. The characters seem to make the child centre of attention and that can be priceless for them! I'd pay for a cake definitely.

I'd call before hand and book the cake plus mention the highchairs needed. They have tons in the restaurant but you'll have piece of mind.

Character dining is such fun that if you can afford one than one then go for it!

I'd definitely call and book it beforehand, especially as it's for a Saturday..........and why not go for the character tea at Plaza Gardens too, after all you are on holiday!!
