Eating at the MK

OK, I am working on my dining schedule for our next trip (it's not till Dec. 2007, but that's OK), and I am trying to decide which restaurants to visit in the MK. We have decided to skip the more luxurious (expensive) restaurants while in the MK (we will do more of those in Epcot and MGM), and are trying to narrow it down to two nice middle of the road eateries.
What I think we have come down to are:
The Lilberty Tavern (Lunch, not the dinner character meal)
the Plaza Restaurant and
Pecos Bill's.
If we can only pick two of these, which two would be the best, and why? OR, if you think there is another better choice, what would that be, and again why?
Oh, and let me add that by "we" I mean, myself, my DW and my two kids - DS(10) and DD(7)

Pecos Bills is Counter service, good fixings bar there. I would either pick LTT or The Plaza Restaurant.

If I were to pick a counter service, I like Columbia Harbor House.

The Plaza Restaurant is a great location, but can't go wrong with either one.

Pecos Bill's is a good counter service resturant, but it just has your standard CS foods. Aside from the Crystal Palace, I have never eaten a TS meal at Magic Kingdom, but I have ADR's for Tony's Town Square for my trip in one week. It seems that dining is pretty weak all over MK, so I would imagine all resturants being about the same in quality.

I would go with the Plaza Restaurant (great steak and cheese), and Pecos Bill's (I love the condiment bar there).

I'd make the Plaza one of them. Their sandwiches & salads are good, for Park food.

I have never been to LTT, but have never had much of an urge to, either.

Pecos Bill is decent for a CS. I also prefer Columbia Harbor House to Pecos Bill, but I am not a burger fan. PB has an good salad tho.

I would choose LTT over any of the counter service restaurants. It has a nice atmosphere, good choices and most importantly, great food!!!

LTT is good, or if you like Italian, Tony's is nice. Crystal Palace will give you a good variety since it's buffet. The best CS place in MK is Cosmic Ray's.
