Eating at MNSSHP

We have a 4:00 PS for CP for when we go to MNSSHP. LTT was booked
If 4:00 ends up being to early for us to eat, I thought we could get counter service somewhere during the party. Will any of these be open? A CM told me that The Plaza would not be open during MNSSHP, and now I am worried that the counter service may not be open either.
Thanks for helping me out!! (I really want to try a Dole Whip, and feed hungry kids!)

I'm pretty sure the Tomorrowland side of the Plaza and that food court was open a couple of years ago.

I'd keep trying to get a later LTT or CP ressie, people change their mind and cancel all the time.

I am looking at last year's guide and although I did not attend so I can not say for certain - the guide says the following were open:

main street bakery
plaza ice cream parlor
casey's corner
pecos bill's cafe
westward ho refreshments
scuttle's landing
pinocchio village haus
cosmic ray's
lunching pad
cool ship

It also mentions diamond horseshoe saloon and LTT
